Black Cat Lashes Pre-Made Fans are hand made and heat bonded creating lightweight Volume lashes. Pre-Made Fans offer a faster application than the typical way of creating your own fans. As with all Black Cat Lashes, they are a beautiful saturated Black color creating a nice dark lash line.
